From there will help you identify the most appropriate next step whether that’s deeper lab evaluation, personalized wellness support, or a guided reset program.
It’s a conversation focused on clarity not a medical diagnosis or full. Clinical assessment.
Is the RESET Check complimentary?
Yes! The Virtual RESET Check is completely complimentary.
This is a focused, 20-minute virtual conversation with Nurse Marissa to discuss your concerns, explore patterns you’ve noticed, and determine whether additional evaluation or wellness support may be appropriate.
There is no payment required to book. No obligation to purchase services and no pressure to enroll in a program.
Our goal is simple clarity before commitment.
Do I need labs before I book?
No. You do not need lab results before booking your Virtual RESET Check.
Your complimentary 20-minute virtual conversation is an opportunity to discuss what you’ve been experiencing, identify patterns that may deserve a closer look, and explore the most appropriate next step.
If you already have recent lab results, you’re welcome to mention them, but they are not required.
Any additional testing or assessments will be discussed only if appropriate.
What happens after my RESET Check?
After your complimentary Virtual RESET Check, we’ll discuss the next step that makes the most sense based on your concerns, goals, and the patterns you’ve shared.
Depending on your needs, we may recommend a comprehensive lab assessment through the Answers RESET, our guided Signature Reset Program, targeted IV therapy, or other personalized wellness support.
If additional evaluation isn’t necessary, or HydraVive isn’t the right fit, we’ll explain that too.

Can I book IV therapy without joining a program?
Absolutely! You do not need to enroll in a RESET program to enjoy IV therapy at HydraVive Wellness.
We offer individual IV infusions and curated multi-session protocols designed to support hydration, energy, recovery, immune function, and overall wellness.
Each treatment is selected based on your individual needs, health history, and eligibility, with appropriate clinical oversight.

All IV therapy services are by appointment and subject to clinical screening.

Yes! HydraVive Wellness offers virtual appointments for select wellness services.
Our complimentary Virtual RESET Check is conducted online, allowing you to speak with Nurse Marissa from the comfort and privacy of your home or another convenient location.
Depending on your needs, certain consultations, lab reviews, wellness recommendations, and follow-up appointments may also be available virtually.
Services requiring hands-on care, including IV therapy and other in-person treatments, are provided at our Sacramento Wellness Lounge by appointment.
Is a deposit required for in-person services?
Yes. A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve most in-person appointments.
Your deposit is applied toward the total cost of your scheduled service and helps us reserve dedicated time for your care.
Any remaining balance is due at the time of service.
Our complimentary Virtual RESET Check does not require a deposit or payment.
Deposit requirements and any applicable cancellation terms are provided during booking.
What is your cancellation/refund policy?
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required for most in-person appointments and is applied towards the cost of your scheduled service.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. Any applicable rescheduling fees or restrictions will be outlined in your booking confirmation.
Refund eligibility for prepaid services, packages, and wellness programs depends on the terms of the specific service agreement.
